This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the 2077 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all conditions stated herein.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2077 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
To register and use the 2077 platform, users must meet the following requirements:
2077 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user found not to meet the above eligibility requirements, at any time.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 2077 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any changes to your personal information must be updated in your account promptly.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. 2077 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in protecting your login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.
All transactions on the 2077 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including online banking, FPX, and recognised e-wallets. The list of accepted payment methods may change from time to time in accordance with platform policy.
Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in the user's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. 2077 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit that does not comply with this policy. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the account panel, subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits vary by membership tier. 2077 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review purposes or compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations arising from their transactions on the 2077 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. The platform does not withhold or pay taxes on behalf of users.
2077 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any eligible balance will be returned to the user subject to investigation and verification. Amounts obtained through fraudulent activity will not be refunded.
2077 will not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or data damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. 2077's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.
All content on the 2077 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 2077 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2077. Permitted use is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial access only.
The 2077 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. 2077 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third-party terms.
2077 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
